Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders may take longer to process during busy periods with high order volumes.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over €30 only and for orders within 5km of the Pharmacy (located at 1a Church Rd, Malahide, Dublin). 

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Click and Collect ("Pick Up")

We offer free local pickup at the Medical Hall Malahide, 1a Church Rd, Malahide, Dublin. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 hours. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our opening hours which can be found on our contact page. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a delivery service for orders further than 5km from the Pharmacy. If you have any requests or requirements, please contact the store.

Returns Policy

Click and Collect purchases are treated as in-store transaction and usual rights apply to customers. All laws apply, including the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, as part of our business policy. For local delivery products, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
